Day 8: Righteous Leadership

• Pray that Filipinos, especially the indigent, will not be tempted to sell their votes to corrupt candidates. May the Sovereign Lord put in authority those who will uphold justice and righteousness in government.

• Pray for wisdom and guidance for our president. May the Lord surround him with conscientious cabinet members and advisers who will present to him the right data, especially on the national budget and security. May the Lord shield him and his household from harm as he leads our country. May the Lord give him success for the sake of the Philippines and future generations of Filipinos.

• Pray for the eradication of POGOs, online gaming, human trafficking, online pornography, and illegal drug activities in the country. May all those who are involved in these crimes be held accountable.

• Pray for the implementation of the bills and amendments proposed by the House of Representatives after the Quad Comm hearings. May God protect the legislative process and prevent the repetition of the anomalies and corruption exposed during the hearings.

• Pray for unity of mind and spirit among all government officials, elected and appointed, that they may work towards a better Philippines. May we be a truly Christian nation that upholds the teachings of the Bible.
